WODE d.o.o. was founded in 2003 (Reg. No. 17520300, Tax ID: 103199661), with purpose of research and development of new resources of natural mineral water.

After the thorough research of mineral water resources during several years, at numerous locations in Serbia and region, the well „St. Petka of the Spring“ in the village of Izvor in the vicinity of Paracin was chosen as the most perspective for further development and exploitation.

Basic scope of WODE’s business activities are research, development, production and distribution of natural mineral water.

After the thorough research of mineral water resources during several years, at numerous locations in the Balkan region, we have chosen the well „St. Petka of the Spring“ in the village of Izvor, in Serbia, as the most perspective for further development and exploitation.

In recent years, WODE preformed a long and complex process of verification of all quality parameters and the resource capacity for the exploitation of mineral water in accordance with relevant procedures and regulations.

Also, we developed a project of mineral water bottling plant in accordance with the highest international standards and best practices of local and international associations. We made all necessary preparations for facility construction with application of the latest technologies and functional architectural design that doesn’t disturb natural environment and ecosystem, and doesn’t result in allocation of resources. We also performed studies for successful production and logistics of the final product, and optimization of human resources.

Environmental Impact of the Project

Company WODE financed the drafting of the Plan of Detailed Regulation of Eco-Industrial Park Izvor that prescribes the rules of regulations and construction of the future plant complex WODE, in accordance with Spatial Plan of the Municipality of Paracin. Following the Law on Planning and Construction and regulations of the Law on Environmental Protection, Law on Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment and Law on Integrated Environmental Pollution Prevention and Control, Spatial Plan clearly defines measures of environmental protection.

It was found that the activities that have negative impact on quality of water, air and soil, and produce excessive noise are not currently present nor are planned within the complex. Protection measures outlined in the Plan don’t decrease environmental capacities, since it defines the conditions and measures for the improvement of environment.
